- Sometimes, emails may be filtered into your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- Search for “Luna AI” in your email inbox to locate the message.
2. Wait a Few Minutes
- Emails can take a couple of minutes to arrive, especially during high traffic periods.
3. Verify Your Email Address
- Double-check that you entered the correct email address during sign-up.
- If the email address was incorrect, sign up again using the correct one.
4. Request a New Verification Email
- Open the Luna AI app and log in with your credentials.
