1. Check the Power Connection
- Use the original power adapter and cable provided with the camera. Third-party accessories may not supply the correct power.
- Inspect the cable and adapter for any visible damage. If damaged, replace them with compatible accessories.
- Try plugging the camera into a different outlet to rule out power issues.
2. Test with a Different Power Source
- Plug the camera into a different wall outlet to check if the issue is with the original outlet.
- If using a power strip or surge protector, plug the camera directly into the wall to ensure it’s receiving enough power.
3. Power Cycle the Camera
- Unplug the camera from power.
- Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Try resetting the camera now.
